Account Information

When you sign in we receive basic profile information (name, email address) from your identity provider (Microsoft, Google, or another social account you choose). We store your identity provider's user ID to associate your specials board pages with your account.

Content You Create

We store the specials board pages you create, including the name and HTML body of each page.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers. We retain subscription status and billing history needed to manage your account.

Usage Data

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, session duration, referring URLs). This data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

AI Drafting

If you use the AI drafting feature, the text prompt you type is transmitted directly to OpenAI's API to generate a draft for your specials board. Your prompt text is shared with OpenAI and is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and their data usage terms. Do not include personal data, confidential information, or anything you would not want shared with a third-party AI provider in your prompts. We do not send your account credentials or identity information to OpenAI.

Your specials board pages are publicly accessible by anyone with the QR code or page link. Do not include personally sensitive information in your board content.

We retain your account and page data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or pages, we will remove that data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
