What is included in the free trial?
The trial lasts 30 days and includes one page plus up to five AI edits. Your page can be created and tested before you decide whether to subscribe.
How many pages can I create?
The paid plan supports up to five specials board pages. The trial supports one page.
What if I'm not a bar or restaurant? Can I still use it?
Yes. Specials Board is not technically limited to food service. Any business or organization that needs to publish changing information can use it for updates, offers, events, availability, or announcements.
How do customers access my specials?
Each page has a shareable URL and a generated QR code. Customers scan the code with their phone camera and open the page in their browser.
Can I update my board without changing the QR code?
Yes. Edit the page behind the existing link, and the same QR code will show the latest published content.
Does AI publish changes automatically?
No. AI creates a draft. You review it and explicitly deploy the draft before it replaces the live page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal. Access continues through the current billing period.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. The public specials board works in a standard mobile web browser.
